Our kids’ classes are separated into different groups to accommodate children of all ages and skill levels. Our Little Champs 1 program is suited for children ages 4 to 6 while our Little Champs 2 program is suited for children 7 to 11 years old. The kids program aims to introduce the children to what Jiu-Jitsu is and the philosophy behind it. The program focuses on teaching the basic techniques and skills using various drills and interactive games. Anyone who wants their child to learn self-defense and increase their self-esteem from an earlier age can enroll their child into this program.
Our teen’s classes are designed to accommodate teenagers from ages 12 to 15 years old. This program is designed to help teens eventually transition to the adults classes. The teen’s classes will help the teens develop more advanced Jiu-Jitsu techniques and a deeper understanding of what Jiu-Jitsu is and the philosophy behind it.
